QuickboardAI is an online service that allows you to generate interactive dashboards from CSV files and text queries.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using QuickboardAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of the Service

• Limit of 20 requests per hour per IP address.
• Maximum prompt length: 300 characters
• Maximum file size: 5 MB.
• You must not use the service to upload or process illegal, offensive, or copyrighted data without authorization.

4. AI-generated Results

The generated dashboards are automatically produced by an artificial intelligence model. They may contain errors and should be verified before any professional use.

5. Limitation of Liability

QuickboardAI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the results provided by the service.

6. Suspension or Termination of Access

QuickboardAI reserves the right to suspend an account or block an IP in case of non-compliance with these terms.

1. Data Collected

We process the following data:

• CSV files you upload.
• Text prompts you send.

2. Use of Data

• Only the first 10,000 characters of your CSV files are processed.
• Your CSV files are used solely to generate a dashboard based on your request.

3. Storage and Retention

• CSV files are temporarily stored in our system (KV or R2).
• They are automatically deleted after 24h.
• Text prompts are not stored beyond the processing of your request.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

Data may be transmitted to AI services (e.g., Google Gemini) only for the purpose of generating the dashboard code. No other sharing is performed.

We implement technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
